Our Mentorship Program
Welcome! We are here to help you find your relevance in the world.
Our customized mentorship program, led by educators and leaders in the community, will help you map your future through one-on-one coaching and mentoring over the course of a full calendar year.
We will keep you on track and supported at no cost
to you.
Eligibility
Applicants must be a:

Woman of color between the ages of 17 - 28 years old

Resident of Minnesota for at least 12 months prior to the application deadline

Our team at Ready and Relevant shares a diverse range of expertise—in the areas of social work, psychology, wellness, career coaching, and more.
We will match you with individuals who will help you professionally, academically, and personally to reach your goals. You’ll have access to a range of workshops and events throughout the year, and educational toolkits are available for use at any time.
