How to Apply

You deserve support for your educational efforts and we want to help! Please read below to see if you are eligible and how to apply for a Ready & Relevant scholarship:

 

ELIGIBILITY

Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need, academic ability, leadership skills, career goals, and community involvement, and must be:

 

• A high school graduate or recipient of a GED.

• A woman of color between the ages of 17 and 21 years old.

• A resident of Minnesota for at least 12 months prior to the application deadline.

• Accepted or enrolled in a Minnesota-based accredited educational institution of higher learning or vocational training (Applicants can be earning a certification, Associate degree, or Bachelor’s degree).

 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please download and provide the following three forms after they've been completed: 

1. Application (includes other required documents, as noted).

2. School’s Statement of Admission / Acceptance

3. Two Grant Application Recommendation Forms 

 

Ready & Relevant awards scholarships are typically for $1,000 each. We look forward to considering your application!
